About Us

Who We Are

Impact NeuroFit CIC was founded to address a simple but overlooked problem: traditional fitness spaces exclude people by default.

Our Story

We deliver health and fitness programmes in small groups specifically designed to support people with anxiety, neurodivergence, disabilities, and mental health challenges.

Many individuals are locked out of physical activity due to environments that prioritise performance, noise, speed, and social pressure.

Our programmes focus on structure, predictability, adaptability, and human dignity — using health, fitness, and movement (including boxing) as tools for confidence, regulation, and connection.

Impact NeuroFit CIC operates with safeguarding, inclusion, and long-term wellbeing at its core.

Our Targets

WHERE WE'RE HEADING
NEXT.

Grow Weekly Participation

Expand our class timetable and increase the number of neurodivergent and disabled participants attending regularly.

Build Local Partnerships

Deepen relationships with schools, day centres, care providers, and referral partners across Bridgend and South Wales.

Develop Coaching Pathways

Create volunteer-to-coach progression routes, including opportunities for participants to become leaders themselves.

09

Future Goals

THE VISION FOR
WHAT COMES NEXT.

A Permanent, Fully Accessible Facility

Secure a dedicated space designed from the ground up for sensory comfort, regulation, and inclusive movement.

Expand Across South Wales

Replicate our model in neighbouring communities so more people can access inclusive fitness close to home.

Accredited Qualifications

Develop recognised coaching qualifications for neurodivergent individuals, creating real employment pathways.

A Scalable, Self-Sustaining Model

Build a funding model that other CICs can adopt — combining grants, social enterprise, and community support.
