Measuring What Matters
Traditional fitness metrics — weight, reps, speed — don't capture what matters for many of our participants.
We work closely with families, participants, and partners to ensure our impact remains meaningful, ethical, and grounded in reality.
Success looks different for everyone. For some, it's showing up consistently. For others, it's trying something new without fear.
Lived Experience
At the centre of everything
Core Principles
WHAT GUIDES EVERY
DECISION WE MAKE.
Structure & Predictability
Clear routines and consistent environments that support regulation and comfort.
Adaptability
Sessions designed to flex around individual needs, not force conformity.
Human Dignity
Every person treated with respect, autonomy, and understanding.
Safeguarding First
Protection and safety built into every session, every interaction, every decision.
What We See
OUTCOMES WE
CONSISTENTLY SEE.
Improved Confidence
Participants develop self-belief through achievement and mastery of new skills.
Better Self-Regulation
Movement helps with emotional regulation, focus, and managing daily challenges.
Stronger Routines
Regular sessions build healthy habits and provide structure to the week.
Reduced Anxiety
Safe, predictable environments help reduce fear around fitness and social settings.
Sense of Belonging
Participants find community and connection with others who understand them.
Our Targets
WHERE WE'RE HEADING
NEXT.
Grow Weekly Participation
Expand our class timetable and increase the number of neurodivergent and disabled participants attending regularly.
Build Local Partnerships
Deepen relationships with schools, day centres, care providers, and referral partners across Bridgend and South Wales.
Develop Coaching Pathways
Create volunteer-to-coach progression routes, including opportunities for participants to become leaders themselves.
Future Goals
THE VISION FOR
WHAT COMES NEXT.
A Permanent, Fully Accessible Facility
Secure a dedicated space designed from the ground up for sensory comfort, regulation, and inclusive movement.
Expand Across South Wales
Replicate our model in neighbouring communities so more people can access inclusive fitness close to home.
Accredited Qualifications
Develop recognised coaching qualifications for neurodivergent individuals, creating real employment pathways.
A Scalable, Self-Sustaining Model
Build a funding model that other CICs can adopt — combining grants, social enterprise, and community support.
